Abstract

Envelopes 104 - 136 include images (negatives) taken by Edward A. Chapin while he completed field work in Colombia, 1941. Envelope labels note subject matter and location. Subject matter includes views of vistas from Bogotá, group portraits (some with individuals identified), city streets, universities in Bogotá, local staff at work, colleagues, statues and local sites, and agricultural experiment stations. Includes images that were used in his field book in collection SIA Acc. 11-085. Locations include but not limited to Cali, Guasca, Guayatá, Pacho, and Palmira.
