Most of the records date from the 1960s; some historic records are from as far back as the 1880s. Also included is a photocopy of the manuscript "Population Dynamics and Inter-atoll Movement of the Hawaiian Monk Seal" by William O. Wirtz, II, with related comments from Robert L.
