Abstract

This item is vol 2 of a bird and egg catalog by William LaGrange Ralph, detailing his field work in Florida from April 11th - May 29th, 1899. Dated entries include common name, nest material, number and age of eggs, height from the ground, specific locality, and collector. Specimens are numbered 11-18, and USNM numbers are included. There is also a letter from May 12th detailing the observation of a Black Hawk.
