Abstract

This folder contains tables and photocopies of data sheets reporting results from the Smithsonian Oceanographic Sorting Center (SOSC) of stomach content analysis for Pacific Ornithological Oceanographic Project (POOP) 5, SOSC acc. no. 123. One table, "Bird Stomach Samples from October - November 1964, Marshall - Gilbert Islands", lists field no. (= station no. on data sheets), species, and date of capture for individual birds. Another table, pages 1-11 of "SOSC ref. 123 POBSP 5," summarizes data from the data sheets. The folder contains approximately 250 data sheets with station no. in the range of 30001 to 30442. Each data sheet records the stomach contents of an individual bird. Birds were caught October 4 through November 27, 1964.
