Abstract

Notebook containing notes taken during field trips to Japan, Guam, and Hawai'i (return trip through California) in 1952. Notes are mostly a daily log of non-field work related activities. Whitmore does include brief descriptions of surrounding flora and fauna during his trips to [Takare?] Mountain and [Tsukara?] River in Japan, Mount Lamlam in Guam, and Halemaumau in Hawai'i.
