This book is divided into two sections: a list of cellular cryptogams, and a list of Bromeliaceae in Sao Paulo Herbarium (Brazil). The book may have been kept by L. B. Smith. The list of cellular cryptogams includes numbers C1001 through C1267, collected on 14 November 1928 in Corcovado, vic. Paneheiras (Brazil). Entries list number and scientific name. The second list of plants is a list of Bromeliaceae in Sao Paulo Herbarium, Dr. F. C. Hoehne, curator. This list includes 132 entries with number, family, determination, collecting locality, collection date, and collector. Occasionally, other notes are included. Some entries include detailed sketches of the specimens.
