Abstract

This item consists of field notes on Karl V. Krombein's work with insects, particularly bees and wasps, in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) from March 12th - April 24th, 1981. The original field notes are present, accompanied by a typed transcription. Dated entries contain field numbers, specific locality, descriptions of behavior, size measurements, sex, and circumstances of capture, when appropriate.
