Abstract

Glass color slides of specimens collected in Ifaluk [Ifalik] Atoll and various scenes from Japan and Leiden taken in 1953. Specimens depicted are mostly fish, although at least one image of a bird is included. Images of Ifaluk may be partially or completely duplicated in the following items: "Field work photographs, Ifaluk" (Box 5 Folder 27), "Field work photographs, Ifaluk" (Box 5 Folders 24-25), and "Pictures from Ifaluk, 1950s" (Box 5 Folders 13-14). Descriptions for slide images may be found in "Ifaluk Atoll, field data and photograph record" (Box 5 Folder 15).
