Abstract

This item is a field journal by Alexander Wetmore with daily entries from June 1st to August 10th, 1910. Entries consist of accounts of hunting, trapping, and collecting specimens, as well as behavioral observations, travel details, and daily activity. Entries are from Wyoming, and deal mainly with birds, mammals, and plants. Also included are photo lists and specimen lists generally organized by week. Some lists are numbered and may include dates, sex, physical dimensions, and short notes regarding specimens.
