Abstract

This field book consists of the field notes of Hernando Garcia Barriga from a collecting trip to Colombia, Venezuela, and possibly other locations, 1965. The notes include lists of expenses, colleagues met with, observations of landscape and vegetation, description of travels and distances between locations, and some notes on the cultivation and consumption of plants. Includes a hand-drawn map of Morichal and Puerto Gaitan, probably in Venezuela. Entries are in Spanish.
