Abstract

This field book consists of the field notes of Hernando Garcia Barriga from an exploration of Santandes [?] near Bogotá (Colombia) in July 1940. Entries seem to be narrative and describe travels, observations of landscape and localities, and entries on plants. Altitudes and distances between localities are included with most entries. Includes lists of expenses. Some rough sketches and doodles can be found throughout the book. Entries are in Spanish.
