Abstract

Approximately 116 glass slides and plate negatives possibly used for presentations. Images depict diatoms, some collecting localities, and dried stream beds. Many are labeled. Localities in which these images were created include the Gulf of Maine, Greenland, Monterey Bay (California), New Zealand, and Massachusetts. Some images have dates, but most are undated; life dates of the creator were used.
