Palmer's undated manuscript discussing birds he observed in previous years (1894 and 1898[?]). Includes narrative accounts and bird lists. Notes on 1894 events are entitled "some recent additions to the avifauna columbiana". Anacostia River and Potomac River are mentioned as localities.
