Abstract

This field book contains notes from Kleiman's trip to Brazil from 15 February to 5 March 1989. These notes document playback studies with golden lion tamarins in Poco das Antas Biological Reserve. A list of the different types of calls used for playbacks are listed on the first page. Studies were done with a several different golden lion tamarin groups, including the Riverbank group. The words "poco pequeno" and "segunda agua" are often referenced as either a place or the name of a group of golden lion tamarins. Also includes notes on processing golden lion tamarins. Some notes about meetings and discussions with colleagues are also included.
