Abstract

The field catalog documents the mammals collected by Morton Eaton Peckin in Oregon and Washington, July 6, 1915 - August 13, 1917; October 18, 1917. Entries cover some USNM catalog number (non consecutive), specimen number (1 - 276), sex, name (scientific), locality (state, town, county, reservation, or landmark), date, measurements (total length, tail, hind foot), and remarks. Remarks include a combination of specimen condition and additional location information (including altitude). Locations include but are not limited to Umatilla, Meacham, Telocaset, Baker county, Reston, Drew, Anchor, Oregon; Grand Dalles [Dallesport], Yakima Indian Reservation, Mount Adams, Washington. Part of the volume is blank.
