Abstract

This field book consists of a list of plants collected by C. V. Morton in California, in 1926. Collector numbers 865 through 1145 are included. Entries list collector number, scientific name, family, date, locality, rarity / abundance. Occasionally included are physical description (color, appearance, etc.), habitat (grassy meadow, dry soil, etc.), and other observations. Localities include: Priest Valley, Salinas RIver Bed, Santa Lucia Mountains, Riverbank, Mojave Desert.
