Abstract

This field book consists of a list of plants collected by C. V. Morton in California, in 1926. Collector numbers 585 through 864 are included. Entries list collector number, scientific name, family, date, locality, rarity / abundance. Occasionally included are physical description (color, appearance, etc.), habitat (grassy meadow, dry soil, etc.), and other observations. Localities include: Mendocino County, Warner Mountains, Mount Tamalpais, Mount Diablo, and Arroya Mocho.
