Abstract

This field book contains notes from Kleiman's trip to Brazil from November 2 to 13, 1986. Kleiman provides a narrative, daily account of her activities in Brazil, including the observing and reintroduction of golden lion tamarins (glts). During this trip Kleiman also observers 2 infant tamarins. Also included are numerous notes on conversations and meetings with colleagues and representatives from the nature reserves and IBDF (Instituto Brasileiro de Desenvolvimento Florestal).
