Abstract

This field book is part 2 of a 2 part set on the reintroduction of golden lion tamarins into the wild and documenting the Riverbanks family break up. Part 2 contains notes dated from November 12 and 13, 1987. Over the course of several days, Kleiman and her colleagues follow and observe the tamarins, noting their behavior, actions, and challenges throughout the day. Also includes chart of tamarins being observed that records tamarin's id number, study number, NZPACC#, sex, doe, tattoo, dye mark, and weight.
