Abstract

The field book documents E. W. Nelson's field work in Mexico and Texas with E. A. Goldman, December 12, 1901 - May 31, 1902. Entries are dated and describe travel details (destinations, routes, modes of transportation, distances, times of day, campsites), terrain (elevation) and vegetation, and interactions with local officials and inhabitants. Much of the notebook is blank. Locations include Cerro de la Silla and other locations in the states of Nuevo León and Coahuila, Mexico. Travel with E. A.
