Abstract

This field book consists of the field notes of Robert W. Read from collecting trips to Costa Rica, and possibly Puerto Rico, in 1974. The field notes include: entries for specimens collected, specimen labels (throughout entries), sketches, and pressed specimens. Collector numbers 74-1 through 74-302 are included. Localities in Costa Rica include: Alajuela, Cartago, San Jose, Guanacaste. Also included is a loose sheet of field notes, listing localities, "Col. #", and other numbers.
