Abstract

This field book consists of a list of plants collected by Swallen in Washington, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, and Brazil from 1940 to 1945. Collector numbers 6000 through 7077 are included. Entries list: collector number, scientific name, locality notes. Occasionally, physical characteristics are noted. Some entries are lists of plants observed but not collected. The notes are a combination of typed and handwritten notes. Localities include: Pullman (WA), Colfax (WA), Hysham (MT), Wasatch Mountains (UT), Rocky Mountain National Park (CO), Altimira (Brazil), Amapa (Brazil).
