Abstract

This field book consists of a list of plants collected by Swallen in the United States and Mexico, in 1932 (and possibly other years). The notes are a combination of typed and handwritten notes. Collector numbers 2001 through 3000 are included. Entries list: collector number, scientific name, locality notes. Occasionally, physical characteristics and whether the specimen is a duplicate are noted. Localities include: Tiptonville (?), Murfreesboro (?), Yucatan (Mexico), Uxmal (Mexico), Cozumel (Mexico). A list of films is included in the book; it is unclear if the list refers to still photographs or moving image films.
