This field book consists of a list of plants collected by Swallen in Maryland, Virginia, and Florida, from 1925 to 1927. The notes are a combination of typed and handwritten notes. Occasionally, physical characteristics and whether the specimen is a duplicate are noted. Localities include: Chevy Chase (MD), Great Falls (VA), Titusville (FL), Merritts Island (FL), Kissimmee (FL).
