Abstract

Specimen catalog from the Palearctic Migratory Bird Survey, 19 September 1969 to 27 January 1970. Bird specimens were collected in Egypt. PMS numbers 8300 to 9003 are included. Each data sheet records age, sex, preparation, name, locality, date, collector, number, weight, fat, preparator, iris, bill, feet, skull, repr. anatomy, breeding data, molt, measurements, ecol. notes, stomach contents, parasites, blood, related specimens, and remarks. Localities include Bahig (Matruh), Damietta [Dumyāţ], Ikingi-Maryut, Burg El Arab [Burj al 'Arab], Mersa Matruh, Abu Rawash [Abū Rawwāsh], and others.
