Abstract

This field book consists of a list of plants (primarily Rubus) collected by E. S. Steele in and around Washington, District of Columbia, from 1919 to 1922. Collector number ranges begin again at "1" for each year. Ranges include: 444-530 (for 1919); 1-376 (for 1920); 1-302 (for 1921); and 1-56 (for 1922). Entries include: collector number, scientific name, locality, and date. Localities include: Massachusetts Avenue Park, Capital Heights, Brightwood Park.
