Correspondence from Mearns to the International Boundary Commission, The House of Representatives, and others regarding his field work along the Mexican Boundary. These letters provide statements of his work and summaries of collections of birds and mammals made. Also included is a reprint of a House Committee hearing and a copy of a House Resolution.
