List of specimens of natural history collected by MacFarlane for the Smithsonian Institution, 20 May to 20 July 1865, from no 3051 to 4451 (3400 specimens), in Northwest Territories, Canada. Collections entered into a table recording the following data: supposed species [name], sex, nest, No. eggs, locality, and remarks. Localities include Fort Anderson, Lower Anderson, Lockhart River, Barren Ground, Horton River, Rendezvous Lake, Franklin Bay, and other localities. May contain some information overlapping with "Continuation of the Anderson collection from 10 May 1865 to 5 May 1866 and from no 3051 to no 4800".
