Continuation of the Fort Anderson (Northwest Territories, Canada) collection from 10 May 1865 to 5 May 1866 and from no 3051 to no 4800 collected by MacFarlane for the Smithsonian Institution. Index to specimens collected in different localities. Listed are scientific name of species, sex, quantity collected, eggs collected, date, locality, and remarks. Remarks and descriptions range from one or two lines, to full pages with narrative anecdotes of the collecting events, descriptions of habitat, and other comments about the specimens. Localities include Fort Anderson, Lockhart River, Rendezvous Lake, Franklin Bay, and Forts Simpson and Good Hope,
