Abstract

Materials document Alexander Wetmore's continued investigations into the nature and origin of duck mortality in Utah (1915-1916), while in the employ of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Bureau of Biological Survey. Includes bird banding records, maps and reports. Bird banding lists are headed with type of bird, and data includes date released, date recovered, state, and place recovered. Map is marked in areas under investigation. Includes manuscript of "Migration Records from Wild Ducks and other Birds Banded in the Salt Lake Valley, Utah," U. S. Dept. Agric., Dept. Bull. no. 1145, May 10, 1923.
