Abstract

This field book consists of a list of plants (mostly bamboo) collected by T. R. Soderstrom in Brazil in 1976. Collector numbers 2104 through 2149 are included. Entries include: collector number, scientific name, locality, date, physical description, habitat, abundance / rarity, and other observations. Several sketches are included throughout. Some indicate measurements between nodes of bamboo. Localities include: Bahia, Mata Cipo, Camaca, Belmonte, Prado. Lists of photographs are included in the back of the book.
