Abstract

This field book includes the field notes of T. R. Soderstrom from a collecting trip to Puerto Rico in 1972. Entries include general notes such as travel information, diary-type entries, to-do lists, expenses, and specimen notes. Specimen notes include: collector number (or range), scientific name, locality, habitat. Abundance / rarity, growth habit, local growing knowledge, and other observations are also occasionally included in the entries. Some entries include sketches. Localities include Mayaguez and possibly others.
