Abstract

The journal documents the field work of Edward A. Goldman in Kaibab canyon, Utah and Wichita, Oklahoma, April 4 - 23, 1923. The journal includes dated entries and covers travel details (destinations, times of day, route), daily work, terrain, vegetation in bloom, weather, lists of wildlife observed (including where seen), details about observations of buffalo and their habitat, area game preserves .
