Abstract

Kennicott's notes on birds of Hudson Bay Territory. "1859" has been redacted from the title on front page heading, so the year is unknown, but is sometime between 1859 and 1866. Months and days of bird observations are included. Kennicott lists scientific names of birds followed by descriptions of abundance and rarity, localities observed in, and other details. Localities include Fort Liard, Liard River, Fort Simpson, Great Slave Lake, and other localities.
