Abstract

Three envelopes containing a total of 51 black-and-white photographs depicting field work and people during Gazin's trips to Panama, 1951. The first envelope contains images of people in Ocu at their home, possibly Panamanian colleagues of Gazin and their family. The second envelope is labeled "Pablo + locality" and depicts field work. Photos from the third envelope depict field work in El Hatillo. Workers are shown creating field jackets (encasings) for specimens.
