Abstract

This field book includes the field notes of T. R. Soderstrom from a trip to Mexico with Mason Hale to collect cryptogams in 1960. The entries are narrative and describe activities, and descriptions of plants and vegetation observed. Entries also list photographs taken during the trip. Includes Soderstrom's experiences with the local culture. Localities include: Puebla, Tuxtla, San Cristobal, and others. Sketches of plants can be found throughout.
