Abstract

T. R. Soderstrom kept this journal in July and August 1958 on a trip to Arizona and Mexico as an assistant to Dr. Ross Arnett, Jr., entomologist. Entries are long and narrative and describe Soderstrom's collecting activities, colleagues, travel, and observations of plants, insects, birds, lizards, and other animals. Localities include: Tucson (AZ), Nogales (AZ), Hermosillo (Mexico), and Santa Catalinas (Mexico).
