Abstract

This item contains data on foraminifera collected during Vema cruises 18-20 dated from approximately December 30, 1958 to April 7, 1965. A data sheet from Robert Conrad cruise 10, dated January 1966 is also included. Spine of the item records serial numbers 3122-3209. Stations visited during these cruises were located in the North and South Pacific Oceans, North and South Atlantic Oceans, the Tasman Sea, and the Indian Ocean. Other locations may be included. These data sheets contain the following data fields: ship name, cruise no., station no., sample no., total no. samples, date collected, time, depth range, water filtered, plankton displ. vol., surface temp. and salinity, coordinates, estimated and actual count, species, total specimens in sample, relative abundance, absolute abundance, and total.
