Abstract

This folder contains several pages of descriptions and lists of specimens Gunn collected for the Smithsonian Institution, from January to May 1863. The first few pages contain lengthy descriptions of birds including measurements. Description of mammals including squirrels, mice, rabbits, and deer are also included. Localities include Nelson River, Lake Winnipeg [Lac Winnipeg], Hudson Bay, and other localities.
