Abstract

The 2 maps document Frederick R. Wulsin's field work as part of the National Geographic Society's Central China Expedition, 1922 - 1924. The maps show the route of the expedition with markings indicating campsites with dates, railroad lines, and topography. The route went through Lake Kokonor, along Sining River [Huang Shui], Yellow River through Ordos and in the vicinity of the Lang Shan Range.
