Abstract

This field book includes a list of plants collected by Edward Palmer in Gómez Farías, Tamaulipas (Mexico) in April of 1907 during the rainy season. Collector numbers 268 to 583 are included. Entries are descriptive and often include physical appearance of specimens (including shape, color, size, etc.), locality and date collected, habitat, abundance/rarity, and local names and local uses (including medicinal and culinary) for plants. Some determinations are included.
