Abstract

This folder contains a typed document entitled "Record of specimens, Hagerman, Idaho Collections". The document records "Sp. no", description, and locality of paleontological horse specimens collected. Descriptions note what was collected (ex. skull; lower jaw) and the condition (ex. poor or fair specimen; nasals damaged). Localities include several spots within the main Plesippus quarry, S. I. Hill, and Pearce quarry. Another list of specimens that are not horses, including bird, mammal, amphibian, and possibly other kinds of vertebrate animal bones, were collected.
