Abstract

This field book includes a list of dry season plants collected by Edward Palmer in Durango and Tepehuanes (Mexico) in 1906. Collector numbers 9 through 558 are included. Entries are descriptive and often include physical appearance of specimens (including shape, color, size, etc.), locality and date collected, habitat, abundance/rarity, and local names and local uses (including medicinal) for plants. Some names and collector numbers have been pasted into the book, possibly from other field books.
