Abstract

The catalog documents the specimens collected by Watson Perrygo with Henry R. Schaefer and John Carleton Lingebach in Tennessee and West Virginia, April 9 - November 8, 1937. The specimen catalog includes field number (325 - 630), USNM catalog number, sex, type (common name), locality (town, state), date, 3 measurements, and notes giving additional information about location (county, elevation), habitat (type of [crop] field, swamp), or specimen preparation. Most of the specimens collected were rodents. Locations include Ellendale, Hickory Withe, Shady Valley, Smokey Mountains, and Tennessee.
