Information recorded includes scientific name, [exchange?], locality, date, sex, measurements, "dmn" (collector?), and a column for additional information. Localities include but are not limited to Sing Sing (New York), California, District of Columbia, Canada, and Galapagos Islands [Archipiélago de Colón]. Collector numbers 1 to 7817 are included. USNM catalog numbers and possibly numbers from other collectors or institutions were added. Note about which specimens were sold to Henry O. Havemeger Oct 1936 is on the last page of notes.
