Abstract

Field notes of collections Elbel made from approximately 9 December 1952 to May 1955. Collections were mostly made in Thailand. Notes are on various strips of paper and small data sheets for each specimen collected. Recorded are scientific name of specimen, sex, date, and other information. Notes on strips of paper are mostly written in Thai. Collector numbers RE857 to RE4998 are included. Also a series of numbers with prefix "sc" (example: SC2433). In general, the notes are not in chronological order, although several sections are ordered chronologically. General localities include but are not limited to the provinces of ChaiyaphumLop, Buri, and Kamphaeng Phet.
