Abstract

This item contains data on foraminifera collected during Vema cruises 22 and 23 dated May 17 to December 13, 1966. Also included are a few sheets from cruises Rockaway (August 1965) and Conrad (June 1963). The following serial numbers are included: 2001-2229, 2001-2117-C, 2119-2156-C, 2186-2229-C. Stations visited during these cruises were located in the North and South Atlantic Oceans, the South Pacific Ocean, the Indian Ocean, and the Norwegian Sea (also known as the Greenland Sea). Other locations may be included. These data sheets contain the following data fields: ship name, cruise no., station no., sample no., total no. samples, date collected, time, depth range, water filtered, plankton displ. vol., surface temp. and salinity, coordinates, estimated and actual count, species, total specimens in sample, relative abundance, absolute abundance, and total.
