Abstract

This item refers to a journal kept by Killip during his time in Venezuela, 1943. Daily entries are included from 2 February to 19 April 1943. Entries are long and narrative and describe travels, daily activities, weather. Some notes describe collecting trips and reference collector numbers. Localities include Caracas and Valencia, among others. A list of photographs taken is included in the back. Also present is a list of expenses.
