Abstract

This diary includes Killip's accounts of his life and daily activities in 1951 and records his travels throughout the United States including to: Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Shell Beach (possibly Louisiana), Florida, and Pennsylvania. Some notes are long and narrative and describe collecting activities. Killip annotated a list of cities in the back of the book with symbols for: spent night, passed through, and lived two days or more.
