Abstract

This diary includes Killip's daily entries for January 1 - December 31, 1927. This is a 1926 diary that Killip used for the year 1927. Entries are narrative and document Killip's daily activities including where he went, what he did, and who he saw. Collecting activities are sometimes described briefly. He sometimes includes details such as certain paths or routes traveled while collecting, or travels by sea. A list of expenses is included in the back of the field book. Localities mentioned include: Chinácota, Turbaco, and Magdalena, among others.
